JMC Annual Company Outing 2025

 JMC hosted our annual company outing at a new location this year! About 300 JMC employees gathered together at Ryan’s Family Amusement in Hanover, MA last week. The day was full of activities, trivia, prizes, service awards, and making connections with fellow employees. The day was also 80s era themed so everyone dressed in fun neon, band t-shirts, and track suits to celebrate the day! 

Ryan’s Family Amusement had a great variety of activities for everyone to try with bowling, arcade games, laser tag, and axe throwing! Our staff had a blast teaming up together for the chance to win a prize.

We had numerous contributions for over 20 raffle prizes this year thanks to many sponsors that supported us this year with special shoutouts to Apartments.com, ApartmentList, Carpet King, Digible, RealPage, Rent Dynamics, SafeRent, Two Dots, Yardi, and Zillow.

Lunch was excellent with a spread of salads, burgers, pizza, wings, and an ice cream bar to finish!

The DEI Committee set up a table with swag and information for employees to join and Human Resources also featured a health fair table with a special feature of chair massages!

The day closed with the announcement of service awards which is a favored tradition as these are given to employees after every 5 years of service at JMC. We had 8 employees with 5 years of service, 4 with 10 years of service, 3 with 15 years of service, 3 with 20 years of service, 2 with 30 years of service, 1 with 35 years of service, and 1 with 40 years of service at JMC!

We appreciate all that our employees do each day to make JMC communities not only outstanding places to live, but also to make JMC such a great company to be a part of.
