Lynnfield Commons: 2014 RHA Community of Excellence Award Winner

Last Wednesday, the team at Lynnfield Commons in Lynnfield, MA was recognized by the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and Rental Housing Association as the 2014 Community of Excellence Award among communities 5-20 years old. One of Corcoran's Manager's Honored as NEAHMA Affordable Housing Professional of the Year!

We here at Corcoran are proud to announce that one of our own fabulous property managers was recently acknowledged as the 2013 New England Affordable Housing Management Association's National Affordable Housing Professional of the Year!  Paula Malcolm, property manager at Stratton Hill Park, an affordable community consisting of 156 apartments in Worcester, was honored as this years recipient. The award goes to a professional in the multi-family affordable housing industry who has demonstrated comprehensive property or asset management skills along with a detailed knowledge of government programs, regulations and procedures applying to affordable housing. After beginning her career at Corcoran in 2008 with no experience in property management, Paula mastered the role of Recertification Specialist with ease while working on her educational requirements to receive her NAHP in 2010.
