  JMC properties recently celebrated Resident Appreciation Day across the portfolio and our staff planned fun events to show appreciation for their residents throughout the day. Each property came up with unique ways to celebrate with different activities and many utilized local businesses for catering services. Check out the 2023 theme of JMC's tropical summer luau! Lynnfield Commons  catered lunch from Big Pig BBQ right down the street! Station Square  got tropical cookies from Mansfield Hometown Bakery. The Mastlight  made the day picture perfect with this fun backdrop and residents got to enjoy pizza and ice cream from local businesses in Weymouth.
