John M Corcoran & Co recently began construction for the redevelopment of a 25-acre site in Stoneham, MA also known as The Devon at Weiss Farm. 2023 Development, Management, & Renovation Programs 2023 has marked a year of many achievements for JMC with several development projects, a new acquisition and partnership, assuming management for three properties, leasing up new communities, and the completion of many renovation programs. Although we reflect on accomplishments of the past year, JMC already looks forward to what's in the pipeline for 2024. Development Details Phase I of Union 346 has had a successful ongoing lease-up in 2023. The community also   won the Platinum Hermes Award for website design.   Phase II of Union 346 is located directly adjacent to Phase I with delivery in 2024. October 18th marked the day of the Innes Redevelopment groundbreaking in Chelsea, MA.  All of the partners in the project and several elected officials came together to commemorate this momentous occasion on site. This project has been in the works for six years and everyone was elated to celebrate the next phase of this redevelopment.  Master of Ceremonies  Rendering of Innes Redevelopment The afternoon kicked off with a master of ceremonies led by Jay Ash, President and CEO of Massachusetts Competitive Partnership. John M. Corcoran & Company enjoyed the annual company wide outing this week at Kimball Farm in Westford, MA and we had about 250 employees attend this year! The day began with a round of golf and this friendly competition quickly turned into a fierce battle for the win after the round ended in a tie. Each team played an extra hole for the tie breaker and Kevin Regan ( Quincy Commons ), Brendan Flynn (Leasing Floater), and Tom Shephard ( Millside at Heritage Park ) came out on top! The Corcoran Connections Committee launched the JMC Ninja Warrior Challenge! The committee put together a three-part team challenge across a series of inflatable obstacle courses to reflect American Ninja Warrior, the famous sports entertainment reality TV show. John M. Corcoran & Company has embarked on a joint venture with The Brennan Group, Inc. to develop a 267,000 square foot Class-A High Bay Industrial Warehouse/Manufacturing Facility in Leicester, MA. Leicester Central will sit on 50 acres of land adjacent to Worcester at Route 56. Leicester Central Rendering Leicester Central has access to several major highways making it the ideal location for this manufacturing facility. The facility will be a great addition to the area as Worcester is the second largest populated city in New England. Leicester is also highly accessible to the Worcester Airport, Logan Airport, and several cities including Boston, Springfield, Lowell, Providence, RI, and Hartford, CT.
