The redevelopment of Innes Apartments in Chelsea, MA will be accomplished through a joint venture among John M. Corcoran & Company , the Joseph J. Corcoran Company, and Marcus Partners. JJC was awarded the project four years ago and has worked through the local and state permitting processes and assembled the necessary public subsidy to move the project along.
