2023: A Year in Review
2023 Development, Management, & Renovation Programs 2023 has marked a year of many achievements for JMC with several development projects, a new acquisition and partnership, assuming management for three properties, leasing up new communities, and the completion of many renovation programs. Although we reflect on accomplishments of the past year, JMC already looks forward to what's in the pipeline for 2024. Development Details Phase I of Union 346 has had a successful ongoing lease-up in 2023. The community also won the Platinum Hermes Award for website design. Phase II of Union 346 is located directly adjacent to Phase I with delivery in 2024. We look forward to seeing the additional apartments and amenity spaces in this urban community.
