2021 marks the 70th year of this company which inspired the rebranding of Corcoran Management Company into John M. Corcoran & Company . The One Company Committee worked extremely hard this year in the effort to merge management and development into one entity. Employees across the company enjoyed the reveal of our new corporate identity by smashing chocolate bombs to discover a sweet surprise with the new company logo inside.  Although we are excited to see what the new year will bring, we are also happy to look back on all of our accomplishments in 2021.  The Transition to Online Training John M. The Corcoran Connections committee aims to connect employees across the company by providing them with new opportunities for greater engagement and participation. The committee recently challenged all of our properties to support a charity of their choice to contribute to this Holiday Season. Corcoran Connections is tracking the various types of charities that our properties are receiving collections for and donating to this year. Although the giving started in November with Thanksgiving, properties are continuing to give back throughout the duration of the Holiday Season.  One Wall Street located in Attleboro, MA chose to support One Warm Coat .
