Marketing Meeting Kicks Off 2025

The Marketing Department kicked off 2025 with a meeting at Kowloon restaurant last week for over 100 managers and leasing office staff all across the portfolio. The meeting covered a variety of topics and provided best practices for a number of marketing tools and platforms. Andrea covered topics in leasing and sales with a strong focus on phone skills and shop reports. She also gave examples of recorded phone calls for everyone to critique together which was very beneficial. The Marketing team also put together a leasing skills quiz on Kahoot with leasing training questions and the winner received a gift card. Sebastian discussed Customer Relationship Management performance and best practices for lead management which was a great refresher for everyone and useful for new hires to learn more about the platform.
