Welcome to MetroMark!
A Quick Tour
of Life for the First Residents of MetroMark in Jamaica Plain
On August
1st we welcomed our first group of residents to their brand-new MetroMark apartment
homes! All who have moved in to one of our tasteful studio, one, two or three
bedroom apartment homes are getting unmatched attention and assistance from our
leasing and maintenance staff ensuring that life at MetroMark is perfect. The
first of two buildings located along the 3611-3615 blocks of Washington Street
features a collection of high-end amenities and apartments that are
freshly-minted. Here are some of the
highlights!
A walk
through the front door leads to a breathtaking kitchen. 36” soft-closing
cabinets carved out of autumn wood offer
the primary visual punctuated by a stainless steel appliance package and mosaic
tile backsplash. A sprawling quartz island countertop provides extra space for
cutting up fruits and veggies or marinating favorite meats!
Energy
efficient windows welcome light to warm the space in chilly winter months and stop
the heat during the summer. Living areas
invite a variety of couch/loveseat/coffee table/flatscreen television combinations.
Nearby a private washer and dryer makes laundry quick and easy after a nice
bike ride or run along the Southwest Corridor path. Custom selected accent
walls are a popular added touch.
When
designing MetroMark we considered the shear amount of clothing that makes up a
wardrobe in today’s world. That’s why we provide closet space galore! Plush
soothing carpeting in each bedroom puts comfort under foot each morning!
Outlined by
reclaimed wood planters, our outdoor patio area is tree-lined and secluded.
Fully furnished with lounge recliners, Adirondack-style chairs, high-top
tables, outdoor lighting and a stainless steel grill, the space is perfect for outdoor relaxation.
Little four-legged
guys love to play with other furry friends at the dusty local dog park. No need to track muddy paws through the
hallway and into a freshly vacuumed home…that’s why we built a pet-washing
station!
