2022 Satisfacts Awards

 John M. Corcoran & Company earned a SatisFacts Resident Satisfaction Award at several properties in 2022. These awards are broken down into the SatisFacts Community Award and the ApartmentRatings epIQ Top Rated Award.

The SatisFacts Community Award is given to communities with a 4.25+ overall score for Annual or Insite with a minimum of 25 completed surveys throughout the year. A grand total of 14 JMC properties were awarded in 2022!

The ApartmentRatings epIQ Top Rated Award is given to those who earned an A+ epIQ Index with at least five reviews in 2022. Beverly Commons, Lynnfield Commons, The Mastlight, and Weymouth Commons all earned this award last year.

2022 proved to be both a challenging, yet rewarding year for JMC. According to the SatisFacts site, "The National Resident Satisfaction Awards recognize top property management companies and communities who are dedicated to providing an outstanding resident experience." Our employees work diligently to cater to prospects and residents that result in greater resident satisfaction at our communities.
