JMC Embarks on Renovation Program in Quincy

Faxon Commons is JMC's largest property in the portfolio and two buildings have recently undergone significant renovations. Now coined as The Tens at Faxon, buildings TEN27 and TEN55 offer brand-new features that are exclusive to The Tens!

The outdoor landscaping has been upgraded with beautiful new plants and the entry lobbies have been renovated with new tile, artwork, and furniture. The corridors also underwent extensive changes with fresh paint and brand-new carpets with a modern blue color scheme. 

Apartments at The Tens have open floor plans with brand-new quartz countertops, tile backsplash, stainless appliances, hard surface flooring, upgraded lighting, and closet shelving. The bedrooms feature plush carpets, spacious closets, and scenic views.  

A new model apartment was also recently installed to showcase the renovations!

The Tens also offer exclusive amenities for residents including door-to-door valet trash service, laundry and dry cleaning service, and a dedicated package room in addition to other community amenities.
