JMC Properties Celebrate Resident Appreciation Day

JMC properties recently celebrated Resident Appreciation Day across the portfolio and our staff planned fun events to show appreciation for their residents throughout the day. Each property came up with unique ways to celebrate with different activities and many utilized local businesses for catering services. Check out the 2023 theme of JMC's tropical summer luau!

This is one of our favorite days at JMC because all the properties celebrate in ways that are unique to their residents and the surrounding area while also tying the entire company together as we celebrate Resident Appreciation Week under one theme. This tradition is impactful each year as staff can connect with residents and residents can get to know their neighbors which fosters a greater sense of community.
