The managers meeting took place at a unique venue this year- a movie theater! JMC departments including Marketing, Human Resources, Accounting, Compliance, Operations, and Capital Expenditure all gave updates and projects to look forward to in 2024.
A 2023 highlight reel video was displayed on the big screen which was later followed by a special viewing of Top Gun: Maverick in the theater. The day concluded with 'The Corcoran' awards for staff and properties to recognize their efforts throughout the year. The categories included:
- Best REAC Score: Saugus Commons
- Best Residents Events: The Mastlight and Lynnfield Commons (Market), West Broadway Homes and McNamara House (Affordable)
- Best Shop by Manager: The Ledges
- Best Reputation Management: Quincy Commons

JMC kicked off the holiday season with the annual holiday party held at the Four Season Hotel in Boston for 400 employees and guests. The holiday party is a cherished tradition that employees look forward to year after year. It was an elegant evening with a cocktail hour, dinner, desserts, a photo booth, and dancing!
