11 members of JMC attended National Apartments Association Apartmentalize conference in Philadelphia this year! It was a busy week filled with a variety of educational sessions, exhibitors, and networking opportunities specific to the multifamily industry.

The education sessions covered a variety of topics from marketing, technology, AI, leadership, and leasing. Attendees also got the chance to hear from inspirational speakers including Leslie Odom Jr. from Hamilton, Marine Kyle Carpenter, and actor Mark Wahlberg!

NAA hosted an incredible closing party held at the Philadelphia Art Museum. Attendees got to enjoy delicious food and drinks accompanied with a DJ and dancers. Attendees also had the chance to tour around the museum which was such a unique experience and a great way to close out the week in Philadelphia. We cannot wait to attend next year in Las Vegas!
