Union 346 Set to Deliver Phase II in September
Phase II of Union 346 is set to deliver 59 more apartments in Somerville this September! Phase II is located on Hawkins Street which is adjacent to Phase I on Somerville Avenue. The building will include studios, one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms, and income-restricted three-bedroom apartments.

All apartments feature private laundry, 9 foot ceilings, luxury vinyl flooring, and oversized windows that let in ample natural light.
New amenity spaces include a work from home lounge and a roof deck in addition to the amenities in the first phase with a fitness center, pet wash, work from home space, bike storage, community space, roof deck, and the on-site outdoor park.
Phase II has convenient access to the Green Line Extension for quick commutes to Downtown Boston. Somerville's hidden gem, Bow Market, is also located just across the street for local cuisine and unique shops.
