Fall Managers Meeting 2024
JMC held the Fall Managers Meeting this week at the Four Points by Sheraton hotel in Wakefield. President Bob Ruzzo started with opening remarks followed by a portfolio performance update as we near the end of 2024. Bob Ruzzo, Executive Vice President President of Development, Rick High, introduced the Project Directors who gave updates of ongoing projects. The managers got to hear more about Phase II of Union 346 in Somerville and another project in the pipeline in Beverly. Everyone also learned about the progress of The Devon at Weiss Farm in Stoneham and updates about DUO in Chelsea. Rick High, President of Development Senior Vice President, Nancy Gaudet, covered business development opportunities and spoke about a couple of new properties that will be coming under JMC's management before the end of the year.
