JMC Welcomes Washington Mill 240

 JMC recently took on the management of Washington Mill 240 located in Lawrence, MA. The property was transformed in 2017 from historic mill buildings into 435 apartments offering studios, one-bedrooms, and two-bedrooms.

The apartment homes have stainless appliances, quartz countertops, and in-home laundry. The oversized windows, original wood beams, high ceilings, and exposed brick maintain the classic charm of these historic mill buildings.
