Spring Managers Meeting
JMC held the annual Spring Managers Meeting in Quincy, MA that had a large focus on curb appeal at our communities as we prepare for the upcoming summer season. JMC takes great pride not only in the physical curb appeal of our properties with our meticulous landscaping, but also in digital curb appeal by constantly updating our websites and social media pages.
Gary Saltmarsh, Director of Maintenance Operations, started off the morning by speaking about spring clean ups as we prepare for spring flowers and landscaping plans for the summer months.
Marc Colburn, Arborist and Ground Superintendent, discussed the landscape specifications and flower plans.
Marc also announced the 2024 Flower Award Winners which were Skyline Commons, School Street Apartments, and The Ledges!
We had a few guest speakers to close out the morning with the first from Proscape Landscaping Management Corporation which is a full-service commercial landscaping company that assists the properties with routine maintenance and services including irrigation, hardscapes, and annual displays. Guests from Mass Irrigation also joined to discuss irrigation in greater detail.
